Network Build, Delivered End to End

Our network build crews construct overhead and access networks for tier-1s, Openreach partners and altnets. One accredited team takes you from first pole to final splice, mobilised in 2–4 weeks.

What our network build covers

We deliver network build the way delivery managers wish every subbie worked: to spec, to programme, and without needing to be chased. Our capability spans the full lifecycle. That means a route stays with one accountable contractor instead of being juggled between three. We handle the surveys, the poling, the cabling, the splicing and the copper jointing as one package.

  • Overhead network build to Openreach specifications
  • New route construction and network extensions
  • PON builds on Openreach and PIA networks — see Openreach’s PIA product  for background
  • Test rod and roping (TRR) to prove duct routes ahead of the pull
  • Pole erection, cabling, dressing and recovery as one package
  • Splicing, testing and certification to close the job out
  • Your reporting, your systems, your specs — we slot in

One team, whole route.

Fewer interfaces and fewer handover gaps.

2–4 week mobilisation.

When the programme slips, we're the call that un-slips it.

Audit-ready as standard.

RAMS, quality packs and photos arrive without being asked

How a network build job runs

1. Scope & survey.

Send the route pack or scope. We review it, flag risks early, and survey if needed - feed straight into the build plan.

2. Plan & mobilise.

RAMS, programme and resource plan agreed with your delivery team. Crews mobilised in 2–4 weeks.

3. Build.

Poles in, cable up, joints closed — with progress reported in your systems at your cadence, and photos as we go.

4. Close out.

Testing, certification and quality packs submitted, snags cleared, route handed over done.

Typical network build jobs we take on

  • New overhead routes for FTTP rollouts, tens to hundreds of poles
  • Network extensions and infill builds on existing estates
  • PON and PIA builds on Openreach and PIA networks for altnets and their partners
  • Stalled or inherited routes that need finishing properly
  • Mixed-access routes needing hard-to-reach poling  and crane methods

FAQs

Yes. We build and survey on both Openreach and PIA infrastructure, and our crews carry the relevant accreditations.

That’s our preferred way of working. Send the route pack and we’ll deliver it end to end.

Your systems and your cadence — daily whereabouts, weekly progress, photo evidence per pole or per span as required.
